Today started with a great night of sleep, before leaving for downtown Houston for the competition. At noon, we were the first team at our booth and started looking for the items we had shipped, but this wasn’t an easy task. Indeed, we had shipped our engine, which arrived yesterday at the Convention Center, but the organisation of the competition was not present onsight yet, which lead to our engine being shipped back to a distribution center. This information took us two hours of hard searching in the buidling to find out (warm thanks to the people from the organisation that helped us with that), after which team members left to go get the missing engine. As soon as they were back, we doubled our efforts and started working on final preparations. We will pass most of the evening and the night completing the set-up and doing tests to be ready for the safety tests tomorrow. More information to come in the next days!
